Mistral Large 4从API预览推进到开放权重

Mistral于10月29日发布改进后的Mistral Large 4权重，将10月6日的公共API预览推进到可下载、自托管和定制状态。该模型是原生多模态混合专家模型，约有1万亿总参数、每个token激活490亿参数，支持文本和图像输入、文本输出及100万token上下文。官方提供FP8与NVFP4两种变体，并说明可通过Transformers、vLLM、SGLang和llama.cpp运行；托管版本同时在Mistral Studio、Mistral API和OpenRouter开放。

Gemini 4 Carbon开始面向网络防御者受限开放

Google于10月28日公布Gemini 4 Carbon，并从本周开始向一部分网络防御者开放，之后再通过Fairwind Program逐步扩大到更多受信任合作伙伴。开发者、企业和普通消费者尚未获得全面访问，Google也没有在公告中给出公开API型号或普遍开放日期。初始价格被列为每百万输入token 2美元、输出token 10美元，缓存输入按输入价格的5%计费；优惠期结束后计划调整为4美元和20美元。

Google报告Carbon在SEC-bench Pro、ExploitGym和CWE-bench上的成绩分别为88.2%、54.8%和71.0%，并报告其在间接提示注入评测中的攻击成功率为0。Artificial Analysis独立评测给出的Intelligence Index v5得分为59，并确认它在该版本综合指数中位列第一，但在编码和知识工作全部分项上并非都领先。该评测同时确认Carbon仍只向选定用户推出，尚未公开可用。Google称正参与美国政府的发布前模型测试，并在扩大开放前继续收集反馈、调整护栏；目前没有公开权重，参数规模也未披露。

GitHub Agentic Workflows正式可用

GitHub于10月28日宣布开源项目GitHub Agentic Workflows正式可用，结束6月开始的公开预览。开发者可以用自然语言Markdown文件定义问题分类、CI失败分析、文档更新和测试编写等任务，工具随后将其编译为标准GitHub Actions YAML。工作流沿用现有runner组和策略限制，可以使用GitHub Copilot，也可以接入其他编码智能体；工具现已面向GitHub Free、Team和Enterprise开放，但默认Copilot CLI引擎仍需Copilot许可证。

相对于预览版，正式版增加Actions Runner Controller和Docker-in-Docker支持，预算预测命令不再处于实验状态，并加入模型路由、工作流模板及更强的隔离选项。默认权限为只读，智能体在沙箱容器和Agent Workflow Firewall后运行；输出经过安全输出验证，拟议变更还接受专门的威胁检测任务扫描。用户可以选择Cloud Hypervisor或NVX微型虚拟机隔离。GitHub同时保留人工审查责任，正式可用并不代表智能体生成的修改可跳过代码审核或正确性验证。
