“We’ll see how we go” is natural in everyday Australian conversation. It means starting, watching the actual progress, and deciding what to do next. It leaves room to adjust; it is not about seeing how people physically walk.
For example: “Can we finish all three jobs today?” “Let’s start with the first one and see how we go.” “We’ll see” on its own can sound like a postponed answer or even a polite refusal. “How we go” instead emphasises adjusting after an attempt. “See how it goes” is also common and has a similar meaning, but focuses more on how the situation develops.
