Disorder is a calculable result
The music is not randomly confused. Two clear rules operate simultaneously and diverge because their cycles differ. You need not calculate every ratio; recognise plural order—rules no longer share a boundary.
Vision helps and deceives
Watching immediately reveals white- and black-key division, but fast movement can make everything equally busy. Watch once for mechanism, then close your eyes and hear two accent lines separate.
Disorder often arises when two systems insist too strongly on their own order.
