The rapid repeated notes of K. 141 are immediately spectacular, but hearing them only as a record of finger speed misses the true engine: accents, pauses and direction continually turn repeated pitch into dance.
Imagine three percussion instruments inside the keyboard

Binary form is more than repetition
Both large halves repeat. On the first pass, follow the route away from D minor. During the repeat, listen for a new distribution of accents. In the second half, familiar material returns from another tonal direction: the dancer has turned, but the bodily rhythm persists.
A rhythm experiment
Tap a steady pulse on the table. Notice when the piano’s repeated notes align with that pulse and when they spill across it. Speed comes not from the number of notes alone, but from friction between accent and beat.
The revealing question is not “How fast is it?” but “Why do repeated notes still dance?”
