Therefore, it\u2019s overly simplistic and intellectually lazy to attribute everything to \u201cfate.\u201d After all, no one truly knows what fate is. It\u2019s like trying to deduce the structure of a 3D object just by looking at its 2D shadow on the ground\u2014clearly, the answer is uncertain. In other words, our self-aware existence may merely be the projection of a higher-dimensional life form, one we\u2019re fundamentally incapable of perceiving. That\u2019s why I take a very cautious approach to the idea of fate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The occurrence of many events involves countless factors\u2014most of which are beyond our control. And I\u2019m not referring to external circumstances here, but rather to our own will, which may also be illusory. Our free will might not be free at all. From a micro-level cognitive analysis, we often don\u2019t even know what we\u2019re doing or how decisions are truly made. Yet from a macro perspective, we can explain everything eloquently, constructing logical narratives like \u201cthis led to that, so I had to act this way.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
