condition<\/code>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65e5\u5e38\u82f1\u8bed\u91cc\u7684 <code>fair<\/code> \u53ef\u4ee5\u8868\u793a\u516c\u5e73\u3001\u5c1a\u53ef\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5728\u5929\u6c14\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\u6674\u6717\u3002\u653e\u8fdb\u623f\u5c4b\u72b6\u51b5\u63cf\u8ff0\uff0c\u5b83\u901a\u5e38\u63a5\u8fd1\u201c\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a5\u53d7\u4f46\u4e0d\u7b97\u5f88\u597d\u201d\u3002\u53ef\u662f\uff0c<code>fair<\/code> <code>fair<\/code> \u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u544a\u8bc9\u5c06\u6765\u5904\u7406 bond dispute \u7684\u4eba\uff1a\u5165\u4f4f\u65f6\u7a76\u7adf\u5df2\u7ecf\u5b58\u5728\u4ec0\u4e48\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u4ee5\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u7684\u79df\u8d41\u89c4\u5219\u4e3a\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u5dde\u548c\u9886\u5730\u7684\u671f\u9650\u3001\u8868\u683c\u548c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4f46\u8bed\u8a00\u4e0a\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u95ee\u9898\u76f8\u540c\uff1a\u5f62\u5bb9\u8bcd\u7ed9\u51fa\u5370\u8c61\uff0c\u8bc1\u636e\u9700\u8981\u7ec6\u8282\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>Condition report \u4e0d\u662f\u5165\u4f4f\u6ee1\u610f\u5ea6\u8c03\u67e5<\/h2>\n<p>NSW Fair Trading \u8bf4\u660e\uff0ccondition report \u8bb0\u5f55\u79df\u5ba2\u5165\u4f4f\u524d\u623f\u5c4b\u9010\u4e2a\u623f\u95f4\u3001\u5305\u62ec fixtures and fittings \u5728\u5185\u7684\u603b\u4f53\u72b6\u51b5\u3002\u5b83\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u79df\u671f\u7ed3\u675f\u65f6\u7528\u4e8e\u533a\u5206\u539f\u6709\u72b6\u6001\u3001<code>fair wear and tear<\/code> \u4e0e\u79df\u5ba2\u9020\u6210\u7684 wear and tear<\/code> \u4e0d\u662f\u201c\u516c\u5e73\u5730\u635f\u574f\u201d<\/h2>\n<p><code>Fair wear and tear<\/code> \u662f\u79df\u8d41\u4e2d\u7684\u56fa\u5b9a\u8868\u8fbe\uff0c\u6307\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0e\u65f6\u95f4\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e2d\u5408\u7406\u51fa\u73b0\u7684\u78e8\u635f\u3002\u5b83\u4e0d\u8868\u793a\u79df\u5ba2\u53ef\u4ee5\u9020\u6210\u67d0\u79cd\u201c\u516c\u5e73\u6570\u91cf\u201d\u7684\u635f\u574f\u3002NSW Fair Trading \u4e3e\u4f8b\uff1a\u5730\u6bef\u4e0a\u7684\u5bb6\u5177\u538b\u75d5\u548c\u901a\u884c\u75d5\u8ff9\u53ef\u80fd\u5c5e\u4e8e wear and tear\uff0c\u6c61\u6e0d\u6216\u70e7\u75d5\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u662f damage\uff1b\u6cb9\u6f06\u81ea\u7136\u892a\u8272\u3001\u5f00\u88c2\u4e0e\u79df\u5ba2\u4e0d\u5f53\u65bd\u5de5\u9020\u6210\u7684\u635f\u574f\u4e5f\u4f1a\u88ab\u533a\u522b\u5bf9\u5f85\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f8b\u5b50\u4e0d\u662f\u81ea\u52a8\u5224\u51b3\u8868\u3002\u623f\u5c4b\u5e74\u9f84\u3001\u6750\u6599\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0e\u5177\u4f53\u539f\u56e0\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u76f8\u5173\u3002\u8bed\u8a00\u4e0a\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u4e0d\u8981\u5728\u5165\u4f4f\u62a5\u544a\u4e2d\u63d0\u524d\u66ff\u672a\u6765\u4e89\u8bae\u4f5c\u7ed3\u8bba\u3002\u4e0e\u5176\u5199 area<\/code>\uff0c\u9644\u4e0a\u7167\u7247\u3002\u5b83\u6700\u7ec8\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6b63\u5e38\u78e8\u635f\u8fd8\u662f\u635f\u574f\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u6709\u9700\u8981\u65f6\u6839\u636e\u4e8b\u5b9e\u5224\u65ad\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u540c\u6837\uff0c<code>as new<\/code>\u3001<code>good<\/code> \u6216 <code>clean<\/code> \u4e5f\u4e0d\u80fd\u56e0\u4e3a\u5370\u5728\u8868\u683c\u4e0a\u5c31\u81ea\u52a8\u51c6\u786e\u3002\u82e5 agent \u5df2\u7ecf\u52fe\u9009 report \u8bc1\u660e\u5165\u4f4f\u65f6\u7684\u72b6\u6001\uff0c\u5374\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u4f7f\u7ef4\u4fee\u6d41\u7a0b\u81ea\u52a8\u5f00\u59cb\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u677e\u52a8\u63d2\u5ea7\u65e2\u5e94\u8be5\u5199\u8fdb\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u7acb\u5373\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5b89\u5168\u6216 urgent repair \u95ee\u9898\u53e6\u884c\u901a\u77e5\u4e2d\u4ecb\u3002NSW \u5b98\u65b9\u8d44\u6599\u7279\u522b\u63d0\u9192\u8bb0\u5f55\u53ef\u89c1\u7535\u6c14\u5371\u9669\uff1b\u5371\u9669\u7535\u6c14\u6545\u969c\u7b49\u9879\u76ee\u53ef\u80fd\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6cd5\u5b9a urgent repair\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\u4e0d\u8981\u8ba4\u4e3a <code>I put it in the condition report<\/code> \u7684\u82f1\u8bed\u4e0d\u8981\u6c42\u79df\u5ba2\u6210\u4e3a\u5efa\u7b51\u4e13\u5bb6\u3002\u4e0d\u8981\u731c\u5899\u5185\u6f0f\u6c34\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5fc5\u628a\u6bcf\u9053\u75d5\u8ff9\u5199\u6210\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8bba\u8bc1\u3002\u89c2\u5bdf\u4ec0\u4e48\uff0c\u5c31\u51c6\u786e\u5199\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1b\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u65f6\u8bf4
