It’s ashamed to start learning Azure so late after having been an experienced .net developer for many years (since the first version of .net!). I just didn’t have the chance to operate on Azure myself based on my work. Fortunately I have used AWS a lot and gained solid experience and skills in a wide range from EC2, S3, Cognito to DynamoDB and Lambda, notifications, performance, dashboard, etc. I believe at the very level there are many similar features between Azure and AWS, though the implementations are totally different.
After spending a few hours of research, I choose a certification path to become MCSE on Cloud Platform and Infrastructure.
Step 1. Get MCSA 70-532 Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions

2. Design and Implement a storage and data strategy (25-30%)
3. Manage Identity, application and network Service (15-20%)

Step 2. Get MCSE 70-538 Implementing Microsoft Azure DevOps Solutions
Luckily I found some free books below.
